These terms and conditions govern your use of the Local Plus discount card service. By purchasing a Local Plus card, you agree to these terms.
Local Plus provides a digital discount card that entitles the holder to discounts at participating venues. Discounts vary by venue and are subject to change.
Cards are valid for the period purchased (Weekly: 7 days, Monthly: 30 days, Annual: 365 days) from the date of activation. Cards cannot be paused or extended.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and before first use. Once a card has been used at any venue, no refund is available.
The Local Plus card is personal and non-transferable. Each card is linked to the purchaser's email address. Misuse of the card may result in deactivation without refund.
Participating venues may change at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific venue will participate in the programme.
Local Plus acts as an intermediary between card holders and venues. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by participating venues.
